Forest therapy is an international movement, which is also called shinrin-yoku or forest bathing. 

There are many styles of forest therapy offered. For my practice, I try to be flexible and meet the needs of the participants. 

I typically work with non-profits who use grant funding to offer these walks. There are other times, walks are offered through programming at state parks and gardens. 

My favorite forest therapy walk is the one I am on. Each is different, because the partipants really "make" the walk special. 

Walks are usually from 2 to 2.5 hours long. We immerse ourselves in our senses in whatever space we are in, be it a garden, park, forest, or meadow.
